Our Process Guarantees a Certified ISO Standard Accuracy Rating

    Coding
Océ Business Services' high quality comes from the development of a patent-pending process that employs ISO (International Standards Organization) sampling standards to measure every batch of coding work it produces in real time. As a result, Océ Business Services is able to detect and correct coding errors during the coding process, rather than after the coding work has been completed. We are able to guarantee that our work meets or exceeds the client's desired accuracy percentage.

Océ Business Services applies this patent-pending process to all of its coding work, whether it is short or long bibliographic coding, source coding, in-text coding, or coding of attorney review forms.

    Example of Coding:
Océ Business Services is one of the largest litigation-coding vendors in the world, working with some of the largest manufacturers in the automotive industry as the exclusive coding vendor.

    Source Coding
Typical Océ Business Services projects involve complex source coding. A wide variety of source data is captured for each document, folder or box scanned. Origin and box information such as location, division, office number, employee name, drawer and/or cabinet numbers, file folder/binder data, map/drawing information and complex details about box contents is automatically generated and the data is then merged into a final database.

    Bibliographic and In-text Coding
Our quality tested coding services enable our clients to instantly find and sort by a single document or thousands of documents according to a specific search criteria. Bibliographic coding captures additional information such as date, author, and title. In-text and keyword coding captures information referenced in the individual document such as names, locations, important numbers and dates.

After the initial database is deployed, counsel may choose to supplement vendor coding with client subjective coding, giving counsel the ability to notate and search by comments, privileged or confidential status and category.
