Time-tested Procedures Assure Accuracy for All Document Types

Our scanning process is designed to operate at a high volume capacity without any loss of data integrity. Accuracy is achieved through a time-tested set of procedures that ensure efficiency and attention to every detail of the project.

We process all standard and non-standard documents, including oversized drawings and blueprints, double-sided originals, transparencies, maps, photos, slides, microfiche, microfilm, checks and other unusual document types. Image types include TIFF, JPG, GIF and PDF. Resolutions can be adjusted from 200 to 600 DPI. We convert videotape (VHS) to a digital format (DVD).

All Images Can Be Labeled for Reference or Confidentiality

A variety of post-processing options are available. Images can be "branded" with a Bates or production number, marked as confidential, watermarked or redacted with any text a client desires. Multiple image naming conventions are also available, such as assigning unique TIFF names across a project, TIFF names matching Bates numbers, etc.
